Terms and Conditions for Returns and Refunds
These Terms and Conditions govern the return and refund process for items purchased through Free Flow. By placing an order, you agree to the following policies:
1. Return Policy Overview
We are committed to providing high-quality products, and we adhere to both Icelandic consumer laws and the policies of our manufacturing partner, Printify.
1.1. Eligibility for Returns
• Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or misprinted item, you may request a return or refund within 14 days of delivery.
• Change of Mind: Under Icelandic law, consumers have a right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
1.2. Exceptions
• Custom or personalized items (produced through Printify) are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
• Any item returned due to buyer error, such as incorrect sizing or design preferences, will not qualify for a refund or replacement unless otherwise stated.
2. Conditions for Returns
To process a return, the following conditions must be met:
• The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
• For defective or misprinted items, photographic evidence must accompany the return request.
3. Refund Process
3.1. Refund Approvals
• Once your return request is received, we will inspect the item or review the provided evidence.
• If approved, refunds will be issued within 14 business days via the original payment method.
3.2. Partial Refunds
• For items returned in a condition that does not meet the eligibility requirements, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion.
3.3. Shipping Costs
• Refunds for shipping costs will only be provided if the return is due to our error (e.g., sending a wrong or defective item).
4. Return Shipping Instructions
4.1. Domestic Returns (Iceland):
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
4.2. International Returns:
As our items are produced through Printify’s global manufacturing network, specific return instructions will be provided based on the item’s origin.
5. Printify-Specific Policies
Given our use of Printify as a production partner, certain additional policies apply:
• Replacements: Printify allows replacements for defective or damaged items, but not for buyer errors (e.g., incorrect size or design preferences).
• Order Adjustments: Orders may only be adjusted or canceled within a limited timeframe after purchase. Contact us immediately for assistance.
